Axiom & Vale Global ("A&VG") is an educational advisory and process support company. All services provided - including application strategy, document review, school shortlisting, consultation sessions, and submission coordination - are advisory in nature. A&VG is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or accredited visa agency. Nothing provided by A&VG constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or professional representation before any government body or institution.
No outcome guarantees
A&VG does not guarantee admission to any school, university, or programme. A&VG does not guarantee the award of any scholarship, grant, or financial aid. A&VG does not guarantee the approval of any visa, student permit, or residency application. All final decisions are made exclusively by the relevant educational institution, embassy, immigration authority, or government body. Outcomes are influenced by a wide range of external factors outside A&VG's control, including institutional capacity, policy changes, applicant eligibility, and documentation quality.
Client responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of all documents and information submitted through the A&VG platform or provided to the A&VG team. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a breach of our Terms of Service and may constitute fraud under applicable law. A&VG accepts no liability for consequences arising from client-provided inaccuracies.
Timeline estimates
Any timelines, processing estimates, or projected milestones communicated by A&VG are indicative only. Processing times may vary due to institutional schedules, government processing windows, document verification delays, or other external factors. A&VG is not liable for missed deadlines caused by factors outside our control, including client-side delays.
No immigration representation
A&VG does not prepare, file, or submit visa applications, immigration documents, or residency applications on behalf of clients. Any guidance provided relating to visa categories, residency routes, or immigration pathways is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Clients requiring formal immigration representation should engage a licensed immigration lawyer or regulated immigration consultant.
