4. Document handling
Documents uploaded for the eligibility precheck - including biodata pages, CVs, transcripts, and certificates - are stored securely and accessible only to authorised A&VG team members involved in your case. Documents are retained for the duration of your service engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your documents by contacting support@axiomvaleglobal.com, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers who support platform operations, including cloud storage providers, email delivery services, and payment processors.
